Here’s the bit where I put theory to practice, namely that finding your voice involves using it!
The idea is simple: I am going to have one-on-one chats with people I admire; fascinating people, who have found their voices. I’ll be asking them how exactly they did it; what were the turning points in their lives; what challenges did they need to overcome and what advice they have for the likes of you and me.
This podcast is for anyone who is looking to regain their confidence and sense of self, anyone who is navigating transitional times or shit-storms; for those who are curious about other people and want to feast on inspiration from the sweeping story of their lives.
Let’s not beat about the bush, it’s (mostly) women I want to talk to at this point. I am looking to elders of female experience - if not age - to inspire and show the way out the maze. The haze of perimenopause, motherhood and midlife. However, I’m no misandrist (promise!) There will be a mix. Inspiration isn’t gendered after all.
So, who will I be talking to? Entrepreneurs, writers, artists, activists, scientists, philosophers and experts in their field.
